Aliphatic Urethane 510

DESCRIPTION

Aliphatic Urethane 510 is an exterior single component, aliphatic, moisture cure, elastomeric polyurethane coating designed for use as a surface coating where high abrasion resistance and durability are required. Aliphatic Urethane 510 has great adhesion to metal, urethane foam and conventional roofing surfaces.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Urethane 510 can best be spray applied with a 30:1 air driven coatings unit or an elastomeric grade airless roof coatings pump

SPRAYING PROCEDURE

It is recommended that the desired coating thickness be tested under similar application condition to insure no surface blemishes occur from the moisture curing process of Urethane 510.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be clean and dry. Any debris, gravel, dust, or silt must be removed prior to application.

MIXING PROCEDURES

For superior application results, thoroughly mix the contents of all containers using a power mixer for a minimum of five (5) minutes prior to application. Flush spray unit with acetone or equivalent.
